You should take this for 7 days to get the best results and this should last for 3 days. If you don’t feel any difference, just take this the next day.

Esomeprazole
Esomeprazole is an acid-sensing drug that is used to treat a variety of conditions, such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), stomach ulcers and certain kidney diseases.
Lithium
This medication is used to treat certain conditions, such as seizures, bipolar disorder and is known as lithium. It is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to treat conditions such as glaucoma, seizures and post-surgical pain. You should take this for 4 days to get the best results and this should last for 3 days.
Acid-suppressing drugs
Acid-suppressing drugs are used to reduce the amount of acid produced in the body. These include codeine, proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole and esomeprazole, which reduce the amount of acid produced by the body.
Glyburide
This medication is used to treat conditions where the pancreas produces too much of the hormone glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1). You should not take this for more than 4 days.
Hepatitis B
This medication is used to treat conditions where the liver produces too much of the hormone glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1).
Hepatic Insufficiency
This medication is used to treat conditions where the pancreas produces too much of the hormone glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1).
